WHO we’relooking for:

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will beresponsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specificsegments of the CE (Consumer Electronics) business. It will require strongrelationship building with retail channel partners as well as sales, marketing,operations & logistics. This role will actively coordinate S&OPplanning and identify risk & opportunity predicated upon the currentforecasts while requiring individual work to provide analysis that is conciseand actionable.

A major responsibility will be managing the weekly CPFR(Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with ourretail channel partners. Performance will be measured against assigned salesgoals, channel inventory targets (WOS) and forecast accuracy. Finally, therewill be a consistent requirement to identify macro trends and produce a weeklyrisk analysis all while measuring daily & weekly sales achievement.

Roleand Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly CPFR process with Retail or Distribution Customers.
  • Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units.
  • Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system – SAP.
  • Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas.
  • Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations.
  • Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance.
  • Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally.
  • Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

RequiredExperience and Education:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business, finance, supply chain.
  • ERP experience – preferably SAP.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
  • Hands on Forecasting experience.

Key Measures:

  • ForecastAccuracy/Achievement rate – Sell In Orders and Sell Thru Sales.
  • InventoryWeeks of Supply.
